Working on UI - adding ingame options


I've been working on the UI, to provide options, to try fitting the needs of various players. There are 2 options only for now, but the bulk of the work is done; since I've coded generic widgets to change options and more importantly I've handled changing options while ingame:

It felt important to me that the consequences of changing an option was easily seeable (no need to save/reload the game).
